EASY 3 STEP PICKUP PROCESS

  1. Resident places trash outside of door during pickup hours.

  2. Our professional staff will arrive in timely manner and pickup trash from the door of unit.

  3. Valet trash service will transport the waste to the residential dumpster with minimal disruption to the area.

CARDBOARD BOXES AND RECYCLING

Our services include folding down cardboard boxes to save space in residential dumpsters and we also do recycling of plastics, however these services are only available with the premium pricing plan. This is subject to change since we are flexible and willing to work on a custom plan with your property management team.

PRICING INFORMATION

Our valet trash service is priced on a per unit, per month basis. The rate includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5pm-8pm pickups of trash and recyclables. We offer a variety of service plans to fit the needs of your community and budget, including:

  1. Basic Service: Our basic service includes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday pickups of trash and recyclables. The rate for this service is [$16.00 per unit per month].

  2. Premium Service: Our premium service includes all of the features of our basic service, as well as additional cleaning and litter removal in common areas. The rate for this service is [$20.00 per unit per month].

  3. Custom Service: We understand that every community has unique needs, and we are happy to work with you to create a custom service plan that fits your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs and receive a quote.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER

We would like to offer a special introductory rate for the first three months of service to new clients. The introductory rate for our basic service is [$13.00 per unit per month], and the rate for our premium service is [$17.00 per unit per month].

BILLING AND PAYING

We will invoice your community on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly cycle, and payment can be made by check or electronic funds transfer. We also offer this online portal for residents to make payments and schedule pickups.
